You must be at least 18 years old to enter into an agreement with VB Fitness. A parent or legal guardian must approve participation and sign any required documents for a minor.
Member Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity completed through your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect a member, staff member, the business, or the security of the platform.
Fitness Services and Health
Personal training and educational content are provided for general fitness and wellness purposes. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or emergency care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
You agree to provide complete health and injury information, follow safety instructions, use equipment appropriately, and stop exercising when you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or other concerning symptoms.
Appointments and Attendance
Appointments are subject to trainer, location, and facility availability. A booking is confirmed only when it appears as confirmed in your member account or you receive confirmation from VB Fitness.
Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show rules are described in our Membership and Service Policies. The policy shown at booking or in a signed agreement controls if it differs from the general website policy.
Memberships and Billing
Membership details, included sessions, session length, monthly price, renewal date, and extra-session rates are shown when you enroll and in your member account. Recurring memberships renew each billing period until cancelled.
You may request cancellation through your member account. Unless a different written agreement applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Previously paid fees are not prorated or refunded except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Training Videos and Digital Content
Videos, plans, meal guidance, exercise programs, and other digital materials are licensed for your personal, noncommercial use while you have the required access. You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, publicly display, share login credentials for, or bypass access controls protecting this content.
Video access may depend on account or membership status and may change as the library and membership offerings evolve.
Merchandise and Orders
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from images. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. Prices may change before an order is placed. Pickup, shipping, return, and exchange terms shown with an order are part of these Terms.
We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any amount collected for a cancelled item will be handled according to the applicable payment and refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with scheduling or another member's account, upload malicious material, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, harass staff or members, or use VB Fitness intellectual property without permission.
Intellectual Property
The VB Fitness name, logos, visual identity, website design, photographs, videos, written programs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to VB Fitness and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Disclaimers and Liability
Fitness activities involve inherent risks, including injury. Participation is voluntary and may require a separate informed consent and liability waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and digital content are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or a particular fitness, health, weight, or performance result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability will be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law and Changes
The governing law and dispute process for VB Fitness will be finalized before this site launches. Before beginning formal legal action, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.
We may update these Terms as services change. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
